Grace Yao is the Director of Community Partners. In this capacity, she focuses on developing new strategic partnership with key organizations that support the overall mission of NAAAP Boston.She also strives to foster teamwork among all committees. Key initiatives Grace runs include Cultivates new relationships and strengthens existing partnerships with NAAAP Boston’s corporate sponsors, in-kind partners, and other local community organizations.

Grace Yao is the Business Strategy & Key Account Director of Professionally, Liepin North America, an elite career development platform. With over 11 years of solid human resource experience serving Fortune Global 500 companies, specifically Honeywell, IBM, Cisco, Google, EMC and Huawei.  Most recently as HR Business Partner of Accenture with responsibility for managing more than 300 consulting employees’ life cycle activities. With interest in building the most effective workforce possible and supporting business growth. She has improved company performance by partnering with vice presidents and Managing Directors on all areas of performance management, global recruiting, training, and development. She has helped businesses find their perfect hires, from Engineer to Senior Vice President levels. Grace holds a law degree.

In her free time, Grace enjoys traveling, mountaineering, hiking and reading.
