Born in Thailand, Lisa and her family immigrated to the US and settled into Western Massachusetts early on in her life. Most recently, Lisa served as Global Campus Programs manager for Wellington Management, where she guided the firm’s global strategy for campus engagement and recruitment. She collaborated with business leaders to design plans to attract and develop exceptional talent, leveraging benchmarking and best practices to ensure that the firm sources from partner universities and schools around the world.

Before Wellington Management, Lisa worked at State Street Bank in University Relations, and held various HR roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Comcast and Ahold/Stop and Shop Corporate. Her focus was on creating a culture of inclusion and cultivating a diverse talent pool through recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and training. Prior to these roles, she worked in academia, in Multi-Cultural Affairs at Springfield College and International Affairs at Fisher College.

She is also an accomplished Toastmaster through Toastmaster’s International, and is a proud graduate of the “Fellows Class of 2008” from The Partnership Inc.

She attained her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Springfield College. Additionally, Lisa is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) though AIRS.

Lisa has been a resident of Boston for over 15 years, and been a part of NAAAP Boston for over 10 years. She has held leadership roles such as Co-Director of Membership, and VP of Relations before joining the Board of Directors in 2012.
