REGISTRATION FAQs - PLEASE READ

What does the Registration Fee include? 
The $45.00 covers registration for both days of NLA as well as a $10.00 credit for the NAAAP Store. A link to the NAAAP Store will be provided to registered participants after the conclusion of 2021 NLA.

Is there a NAAAP membership requirement for this event? 
Registration is only open to those with active NAAAP memberships (unless you are a speaker or speaker's guest).

I'm having trouble logging in to register. What should I do?
Please email [email protected] with your name and chapter (if applicable) so we may assist you with this issue.

I'm using a mobile device and can't see where to indicate the quantity of tickets to purchase. Where can I indicate the quantity of tickets to purchase?
Under the "Ticket Name" section, click on the "+" next to "2021 NAAAP NLA Registration" to expand the ticket selection section. 

How do I use my discount code?
If you were provided with a registration Discount Code, click on the "Click here to enter your promotional code" at the bottom of the registration page, enter the discount code provided to you, and then click "Submit".  The registration ticket(s) will be discounted accordingly. If you are on a mobile device, you may have to click on the "+" next to "Promotional Code" first.

Is there a participant limit for each Chapter?
Up to 10 leaders from each chapter are invited to register for NLA. However, additional participants may be approved by an NLA Director if the event capacity has not been reached. Please email [email protected] if your chapter would like to send more than 10 leaders to 2021 NLA.

Can I register more than one participant at a time?
Yes, if your Chapter wishes to register multiple participants at one time, please be sure to provide individual names and email addresses for each registrant. This information will be used to send a brief pre-NLA event planning survey and to send a post-NLA survey for your valued feedback. A link to the NAAAP Store will also be emailed to registered participants once 2021 NLA has completed. 

• IMPORTANT NOTE: Only one discount code can be used in the same registration transaction. Therefore, separate transactions will need to be made if multiple discount codes need to be applied or if you need to register multiple participants who fall into different categories (e.g., regular registration and discounted registration).
