The NAAAP ERG-Year Round Experience is open to our ERG partners. The experience is intended to create year-round conversation, energy, and engagement so ERG leaders don't have all of the planning and production weight on their shoulders.
The resources and templates shared during the event can help ERG leaders leverage the content from these live events to deepen their year-round engagement.
For example, if NAAAP offers a live quarterly event around Impostor Syndrome, an ERG can then leverage the resources to create a lunch-and-learn or internal panel with their own ERGs for more discussion.
The year-round experience is also designed to complement Leadership Convention and NAAAP Chapter events.

With many partners and sponsors in the corporate space, we have a programming track dedicated to Employee/Business Resource Groups. This track invites ERGs to learn from each other, network, and leverage these events to inspire and engage their members year-round.
